Chapman FFA member wins Kansas FFA Job Interview event

Lane Coberly of the Chapman FFA Chapter earned earned first place in the Job Interview Career Development Event (CDE) during the 86th annual Kansas FFA State Convention Second Session, May 28, on Kansas State University’s campus.

Coberly took home the top honor in the CDE, which challenges members to prepare a detailed resume and professional application and to participate in mock interviews. With his win, he is eligible to compete in the National Job Interview CDE at the National FFA Convention in fall 2015.

Receiving second place in the job interview CDE was Kyler Langvardt also from the Chapman  FFA chapter. Morgan Gantz, Lawrence Free State FFA, received third place; Anna Johnson, Royal Valley FFA, placed fourth; Audrey Desrosiers, Clay Center FFA, placed fifth and John Garrett, Washburn Rural FFA chapter, placed sixth.
