MANHATTAN, Kan. – Bethany Schifferdecker, from the Girard FFA Chapter, completed her term as State FFA Vice President after helping lead the 87th Kansas FFA Convention May 27-29, on the Kansas State University campus. Schifferdecker represented more than 8,850 Kansas FFA members during her 2014-2015 term.

After being elected State FFA Vice President in May 2014, Schifferdecker traveled across the state sharing her passion for leadership, service and agriculture. Schifferdecker marked the completion of her year of service by presenting her retiring address titled “Good Investments” at the fourth session of the convention, Thursday, May 28.

Schifferdecker will be a sophomore at Kansas State University. She plans to graduate with a degree in Agricultural Economics.
