Three FFA members from Louisburg and one FFA member from Washington County were recognized with scholarships for their outstanding performance in the Nursery/Landscape Career Development Event (CDE) during the 90th Kansas FFA State Convention, May 30–June 1, 2018, on the Kansas State University campus.

Students receiving scholarships are as follows: Carli Caplinger, Kaitlyn Urban and Shaylor Whitham from Louisburg; and Grace Ottott from Washington County.

The scholarships are sponsored by STIHL Outdoor Power Equipment.
